4. Fair Use & Anti-Fraud
You agree not to manipulate or fabricate activity data, deploy bots, or exploit loopholes.
- No automated, scripted, or deceptive submissions.
- No tampering with wearable sensors or validation systems.
- No falsified workouts (yes, ceiling fans count as fraud).
Violations may result in FitCoin revocation, account suspension, audits, or permanent termination.
5. Dynamic Insurance Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that premiums may fluctuate based on AI-generated insights, risk tiers, and partner underwriting choices. Final insurance decisions always rest with insurers.
6. AI Systems & Human Review
By using Fitinsured, you consent to AI-driven interpretation of your health signals, automated assessments, and dynamic recommendations. You can request human review of any automated outcome at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform technology, AI models, brand assets, and content belong to Fitinsured Inc. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform while you comply with these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fitinsured is not liable for wearable inaccuracies, lost devices or tokens, or injuries resulting from your training choices. Train smart — we reward effort, not recklessness.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, abuse, or where required by law. You may close your account anytime from the app or by contacting support.
10. Governing Law

By using Fitinsured, you affirm that:
